Use

Rose Quartz Face Roller

The rose quartz roller can be applied directly on freshly cleaned, dry skin, however, we would recommend liberally applying a serum, face oil, moisturiser, or a mask prior to use. The roller has a larger side for use on the forehead, chin, or body. The smaller side can be used on the eye and nose are.

1. Start at the forehead and apply gentle pressure. Begin rolling using upward and outward movements
2. Move slowly across the cheeks and jawline, finishing with the neck and décolletage.
3. After 2 minutes of rolling, remove excess product with a cleanser or damp cotton pad
4. Apply a serum and moisturiser as normal

Rose Quartz Gua Sha Stone

The Gua Sha stone is ideal for both the face and body. This massage tool has been used in Chinese medicine for thousands of years to lift, firm and improve the overall health and radiance of the skin. Each side can be used for a different area. Used with any moisturiser or oil, the Gua Sha helps to eliminate puffiness and leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.

How To Use a Gua Sha

1. After cleansing your face apply a facial serum or moisturiser
2. Glide the Gua Sha across your face in an upwards and outwards direction using gentle to medium pressure. Repeat each movement 5-6 times
3. Take deep breathes with each glide, taking time to connect with your mindfulness for the ultimate release of tension
4. Use the smaller curved edges to sculpt areas such as cheekbones and jawline. Use the larger side on areas such as the T-zone and body
5. Glide the tool down the sides of the face from the forehead to the decolletage area

Tips

• We recommended daily use to see an improvement in skins appearance
• Store your Rose Quartz tools in fridge. Remove before use and then apply directly to the skin. The colder the tool, the more significant the boost of collagen production and circulation!
