The Heritage Cream Basin has been perfectly designed to steam puddings but can also be used as a prep or serving bowl. The rim is shaped so that the pudding can be sealed before steaming, and the vented base allows bubbles to escape from underneath the basin, preventing it from tipping over. The classic shape allows easy release after steaming, giving the puddings its distinct shape. The Pudding Basin has a capacity of 900ml, and measures H 9cm x Diameter 16cm.
