After baking, invert the pan using the built-in feet around the edge to avoid deflating the cake. The removable base allows you to unmould the cake easily without damaging its perfect form. Made from premium 3003 alloy and is anodized. This process gives each pan a hardened and smooth surface for quick heat generation, easy food release, and effortless cleanup.
