The Tramontina End Grain Board is the artisinal board of choice. The End Grain construction means allows for your knife to strike between the wooden fibres of the board rather than across increasing the longevity of both knife & board. The wood itself is FSC certified Teak Wood in 45x35cm, making it naturally antimicrobial premium wood stock. Use it for carving to take advantage of the runoff grooves or simply elevate a table setting by eating straight off it as a serving board.
